The purpose of the Finance Manager role is to manage the financial operations of International markets, supporting the strategic & operational goals and ensuring compliance and integrity.
Prepares financial reports on market trends, customer analysis, statistics, costs, and margin structures to help business partners and leadership make decisions. The Finance Manager will assist the International Finance Director, supporting international business to drive profitable growth and the expansion in new markets.

The purpose of the Finance Manager role is to manage the financial operations of International markets, supporting the strategic & operational goals and ensuring compliance and integrity.
Prepares financial reports on market trends, customer analysis, statistics, costs, and margin structures to help business partners and leadership make decisions. The Finance Manager will assist the International Finance Director, supporting international business to drive profitable growth and the expansion in new markets.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Work with the International Finance Director on financial operations
- Sales Management Support
- Preparation of month end and ad-hoc reporting for business leaders
- Assist with financial assessment & generate reports
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards to present to senior leadership team
- Annual Budget and Sales Quota preparation
- Margin and discount controls
- Cost analysis and control incentives to optimize spending
- Provide financial insight to support decision-making for stakeholders
- Implement and maintain financial systems to streamline reporting and improve accuracy.
- Drive process improvements across finance functions and lead initiatives to enhance financial performance
- Establish strong relationships with inter-departmental co-workers and serves as the financial consultant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of working experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or other relevant Finance experience
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems and enterprise resource systems; Experience with SAP and Power BI
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to address issues from multiple perspectives, prioritize multiple assignments, and meet all deadlines with a special strong attention to detail.
- Strong cross team collaboration
- Ability to independently conduct research and exercise judgment when resolving issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally at all levels of management
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
- Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
- Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and use discretion under varying conditions.
- Experience operating in multi entity structure US and International.
- Knowledge and ability in the use of a personal computer and software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Advanced English level written and spoken required
