Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and mentor a team of regional sales analysts, ensuring they have the
necessary skills and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
2. Set clear objectives and performance targets for the team, ensuring consistent
training and professional development.
3. Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of regional sales data.
4. Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales strategies and objectives based
on data insights.
5. Lead the creation of accurate sales forecasts and actionable plans for the region,
based on historical data, market conditions, and business intelligence.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field from a
reputable university is preferred.
2. 4+ years of experience in data analytics and/or field sales, preferably within
FMCG.
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and familiarity
with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.).
4. Experience with sales reporting and performance tracking.
5. Experience in leading diverse teams with varying skill sets.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving abilities.
8. Strong initiative and the ability to challenge the status quo.
9. Proficiency in English and attention to detail.
10.Ability to join immediately and work on-site (Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan).
