Responsibilities
- Update and manage budget files using Google applications, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Monitor financial data related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Advance Payment Documents
- Monitor and control Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely processing, accuracy, and alignment with the overall budget and cash flow
- Verify the accuracy and compliance of documents submitted by departments
- Prepare monthly cash flow reports
- Assist with banking documentation and related financial tasks
- Compare actual financial performance with the budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Provide administrative support for budgeting and finance tasks as needed
- Be accustomed to processing and analyzing large data sets, especially using Excel, to support budgeting and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with payment document regulations and company policies
- Maintain high attention to detail in all financial tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- At least 4 years of experience in budgeting, finance, and accounting, preferably in the property sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications (Docs, Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in managing AP and AR
- Knowledge of project property, including understanding project timelines, costs, and budgetary requirements
- Strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, and financial compliance
- Experience with administrative tasks in a financial context is preferred
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a plus
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is Must
