  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Create, Manage and optimize listings on multiple OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and others.
  • Ensure all property information, photos, and descriptions are accurate, up-to-date, and compelling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA representatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration between property management systems (PMS) and OTA platforms.
  • Work with IT and software providers to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues.
  • Monitor guest reviews and feedback on OTAs.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to address any guest concerns and improve the overall guest experience.
  • Ensure all listings comply with OTA policies and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience managing listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and integrating systems with OTA platforms.
  • Proficient in managing OTA platforms and property management tools.
  • Strong ability to analyze listing performance data and develop optimization strategies.
  • Understanding of API integration between PMS and OTA systems, with the ability to collaborate with IT teams for troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis software for performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and changes in OTA platform policies.
  • Understanding of local regulations and OTA policies related to hospitality and short-term rentals.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
