  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage vendor registration, partnership extensions, and discontinuations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive vendor database such as data system, vendor detail identity, and detail transaction.
  • Assist in tender process such as vendor hunting, bidding process execution, and create agreement
  • Create vendor management initiation such as vendor evaluation, cost optimization target, risk mitigation, and suppliers improvement initiation.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, and expectations in building construction area
  • Negotiate terms for contracts and renewals with legal departments

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of two years of experience in procurement within the construction building or related industry
  • Excellence skills in Ms. Excel & data management
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Understanding of contract terms and conditions, including cost analysis, negotiation, and administration of contracts
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, identifying and selecting suppliers or vendors that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • A demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, and continuous improvement
