Indirect Procurement Internship. The intern will help APAC team to do data extraction, analysis and creating report for S2C and P2P operational activities.

Your role:
  • Identifies, participates and support in S2P APAC indirect procurement mainly in data extraction, data analysis.
  • To improve our process and reporting for sourcing, supplier lifecycle management, catalogue extension and payment process.
  • Performs process related source to contract operational and tactical activities
  • Liaises and coordinates supplier lifecycle activities with supplier lifecycle team
  • Coordination with analytical team to do data extraction and data analysis related to our operational activities
  • Supplier and spend data extraction and analysis for supplier data enrichment
  • Support catalogue improvement project activity in APAC

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or a master's degree, preferably in Management/ Economics/ Supply Chain, Business Admin, Engineering, Computer/Data Science or equivalent.
  • Willing to learn, proactive and problem-solving attitude is required
  • Prior procurement or supply chain related internship experience will be an advantage, but not a pre-requisite
  • Enjoys working in a multi-cultural & team-based environment
  • Strong communications & inter-personal skills
  • Good Excel skills is required
  • Good PowerPoint skill is preferred
