  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’re looking for an experienced ICT System Administrator to manage and optimize key enterprise SaaS platforms like Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and JIRA Service Management. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth operations, security compliance, and efficient user management while troubleshooting and enhancing system performance. This position will work closely with our ICT team and report directly to the ICT Head. Job Description

· SaaS Operations Management:

  • Administer and optimize enterprise SaaS applications (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure AD, JIRA Service Management).
  • Configure and maintain SSO and Identity Provider (IdP) solutions.
  • Monitor platform performance, availability, and usage metrics.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

· Jira Service Management Administration:

  • Configure and maintain Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
  • Set up and maintain workflows, custom fields, screens, and permissions.
  • Implement automation rules and workflow transitions.
  • Manage Jira security settings and user access.
  • Integrate Jira with other tools for synchronization and reporting.

· General SaaS Platform Management:

  • Monitor system performance and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans.

· Technical Operations & Support:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the ICT & ES teams and external partners to resolve complex incidents.
  • Manage software license optimization and compliance.

· Documentation & Security:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for SaaS infrastructure and system configurations.
  • Ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain cloud security settings.
  • Manage conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication, and respond to security alerts.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Information Technology, or related field
  2. 8-12 years of experience in IT with a focus on SaaS administration and Jira administration & change management
  3. Knowledge of major SaaS platformsand their administration
  4. Strong understanding of identity management and SSO technologies
  5. Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance framework.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  7. Strong team player – collaborates well with othersto solve problemsand actively incorporates
  8. Excellent communication and service skills.
