Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily operations of multiple self-operated e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to TikTok Shop and Shopee. Tasks include strategy formulation, product listing, inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
  2. Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to optimize product display and improve conversion rates.
  3. Plan and execute promotional campaigns in close collaboration with the content creation team to enhance brand exposure and increase sales.
  4. Develop and refine advertising and traffic strategies in cooperation with the marketing team to achieve advertising targets.
  5. Expand and maintain Affiliate Partner networks, including influencer selection, outreach, and collaboration to ensure successful influencer marketing activities.
  6. Strategize and execute multi-store operations, monitor store performance, and provide optimization suggestions.
  7. Stay updated on the latest market trends and competitor dynamics to propose innovative marketing strategies and product promotion plans.
  8. Maintain effective communication with e-commerce platform account managers (AM) for TikTok Shop and Shopee to leverage the latest resources and strategies, improving store and Affiliate Partner performance.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of e-commerce experience in the Indonesian market, including platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop. Candidates with an annual GMV exceeding 50 million RMB or experience in digital product brands are preferred.
  2. Advertising Expertise: Proven experience in on-platform and off-platform advertising. Candidates with an annual advertising budget exceeding 5 million RMB are highly preferred.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent in English for effective communication with international teams and clients; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  4. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian culture and market trends, familiarity with social media trends, consumer behavior, and influencer marketing.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and strategic planning capabilities to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
