• Has 5 years of work experience as a leader in the field of warehousing, stock, logistics & inventory.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, laws and regulations.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to solve complex problems is critical and multi task.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and databases.
• Willing to travel if required.
• Preferably has work experience working on warehouse administration & shipping (expedition).
• Have computer skills (Ms. Excel) & detail on statistical data accuracy.
• Have leadership & good communication skills in public.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct stock opname process according to schedule to ensure conformity of physical stock with the system.
- Supervise the process of receiving (inbound) to issuing (outbound) goods according to applicable procedures/SOPs.
- Lead/supervise all warehouse staff to orderly procedures & administration of all goods movements in the warehouse, so that stock accuracy is always well maintained.
- Make reports regarding stock administration, warehouse problems & stock control evaluations, to be used as routine briefing materials to related work divisions.
- Evaluate the neatness of physical stock of goods, warehouse cleanliness, administrative files & all warehouse report data.
- Supervise and coordinate order fulfillment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in order fulfillment.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory management and warehouse processes includes maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of incoming and outcoming goods, including quality and quantity checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer concerns.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.
