KISAI ENTERTAINMENT is looking for an Operational Manager to join our team!

Scope of Role :

Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of talent division and office division through supervision, target setting, and performance evaluation. Ensure accuracy and compliance of contracts and support legal compliance by coordinating with legal representatives. Provide regular reports to the General Manager and handle operational issues with effective solutions to support the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the Talent and Office Divisions within the company in their daily operations, and set targets for them based on relevant requirements.
  • Responsible for reviewing and ensuring all contracts are well-written and their context aligns with the intended purpose.
  • Communicate with legal representatives regarding any legal needs or issues, as well as necessary actions and legal documents.
  • Report to the General Manager on the performance of the supervised divisions over time, address emerging issues, and propose solutions.
  • Supervise General Affairs and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years in HR with management experience or a related position.
  • Familiarity in HR law and HR software.
  • Ability to review contracts and identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Understanding of contract law and relevant regulations.
  • Experience in managing divisions and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and divisions simultaneously.
  • Precision in reviewing documents and contracts.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and meet set targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong people and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant management software like Google workspace and Microsoft office.

Salary: Starts from Rp 8,000,000 per month (Negotiable)
