  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As our Payment Operations, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient payment operations.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth functioning of business processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, including data management flow..
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business operations.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Investigate and analyze root causes of payment and EDC operations issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and/or business partners to resolve issues and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor payment operations performance and generate performance reports.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Excellent skills in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, or dashboard establishment.
  • Proficiency in data management and report generation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to identify and analyze issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in process automation tool is preferred
  • Understanding of process improvement methods and experience in implementing process improvement are preferred.
