We are helping an international leading company based in China, and has been honored to be public listed in Shanghai Stock market since 2020. We are currently seeking PM join us to manage General Production of its representative in Indonesia, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to maintaining a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize factory’s production activities according to the production schedule, be responsible for production progress, material progress and warehouse management of the Indonesian factory.
- Carry out quality management in accordance with company quality standards, in order to meet customer’s requirements.
- Manage manufacturing costs including material and labor efficiency;
- Develop production-related regulations, provide training and guidance to empolyees;
- Conduct daily factory management, report to GM to guarantee the goal accomplished;
- Other matters assigned by the GM of the company;
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree,with 8 to 10 years experience of in production management;
- Good executive capability and team cooperation ability;
- Good communication skills,with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization;
- Fluent in Chinese(Mandarin).
