  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for E-commerce Marketplace Coordinator with qualification and job details below :

Job Details
  • Manage communication with customers online via social media platforms and marketplaces.
  • Respond appropriately to questions and complaints from customers.
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company's marketplace platform.
  • Ensure adequate product availability on the marketplace platform, including coordinating to meet stock needs.
  • Manage relationships to ensure compliance with quality standards, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems that arise, including delivery problems, customer complaints and technical problems.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations.
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

 Maximum age 35 years

 Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service Supervisor/ Marketplace Coordinator/ E-commerce Supervisor

 Have Experience Managing a Marketplace Is Preferred

 Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

 Willing to work on weekend

 Willing to work in Yogyakarta
