Job Description:
To ensure all export/import documents are being processed completely, accurately and timely following the right system and procedure in order to achieve service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- To process export/import documents following the applied system and procedure
- To identify problems in customer's export/import processes and provide necessary solutions
- To prepare export/import reports
- To maintain good professional relationship with customers, shipping company or co-loader
- To lead OPS Staffs
Requirements:
- Possess min 2 years experiences as team leader / coordinator / senior staff in freight forwarding and/or logistics business
- Min Diploma Degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Meticulous and good with details
- Eager to learn, hard working and target oriented
- Good command of written and oral English, Mandarin will be an advantage
