Job Description
- Identify potential business opportunities by acquiring merchants (Offline or Online business category) for ShopeePay and SPaylater acceptance.
- Assist merchants or payment gateway for end to end acquiring process, from onboarding, integration, and activation.
- Managing and growing offline/online merchants through marketing initiatives and collaboration to promote ShopeePay and SPaylater to drive revenue and profitability by providing regular performance review.
- Build strong coordination with internal stakeholders from the product, marketing, operations, legal, finance, tax, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously identify business opportunities to improve ShopeePay and SPaylater products, focus on business-centric and customer-centric initiatives. Analyze existing and future challenges, improve customer and merchant experience to drive more volume.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in any major
- Highly motivated, team player, and target-driven individual
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, proactive and driven both in English and Bahasa
- 2-3 years of working experience in business development and partnership or related field is a plus (fintech, BNPL industry, Offline business Qris category)
- Data-driven, knows to operate pivot tables and translate to decks for reporting purposes
- Able to multitasking, prioritize, manage time efficiently, detail-oriented
- Strategic thinking, team player, and self driven.
