• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify requirements and conduct Technical Assessments for hiring new employees.

• Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions with the Talent Acquisition team regarding IT-related client requirements.

• Assist in identifying the most effective methods for the talent recruitment process.

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for resolving workplace issues.

• Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams.

• Ensure fair treatment, conflict resolution, and adherence to company policies.

• Monitor employee turnover rates and develop initiatives to improve retention.

• Liaise and coordinate with related departments to monitor and manage employees.

• Perform monitoring and analysis of employee performance evaluations.

• Execute work plans and budgets according to the objectives of the Professional Services department.

• Implement policies and procedures within the scope of responsibility, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

• Support the Professional Services Manager in identifying, measuring, and implementing risk treatments in operational activities under their responsibility.

• Perform record-keeping, administration, documentation, and reporting activities within assigned responsibilities for both internal and external company purposes.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients and partners, to support the success of the work unit's programs.

• Report to the Professional Services Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information Technology or a related field preferred

• At least 1 years of IT Trainer/IT Recruiter/People Development in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of basic IT Project Management, SDLC, Programming is a plus

• Relevant experience in tech or outsourcing companies is a plus.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels

• Strategic thinking: Able to quickly evaluate situations, combine strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
