• Manage daily operational ecommerce in marketplace

• Handle customer complaints with return, refund, and product exchange policies.

• Updating daily stock on the Marketplace platform

• Upload product images and changing prices on the Marketplace platform

• Checking for empty stock on each Marketplace platform

• Capable of using

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree, at any field from reputable university

• Minimum 2 year of experience as a relevant positions

• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and related technical knowledge

• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and Google Workplace (ideally Excel or Google Sheets)

• Clear logical thinking, sensitivity to numbers and data;

• Have good communication skills and cross departmental collaboration skills

• Ready to be placed at Bantul Yogyakarta
