The client is a digital entertainment technology company and it's seeking a seasoned Marketing Partnerships Manager to drive strategic partnerships and creative marketing collaborations in Indonesia.

THIS ROLE IS A 9 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION SUBJECT TO EXTENSION OR CONVERSION BASED ON PERFORMANCE.

This role will focus on two key areas:

1️⃣ Telco & Distribution Partnerships – Strengthening relationships with telecom partners to expand the client's reach and unlock new marketing opportunities.

2️⃣ Brand Collaborations – Overseeing brand partnerships (e.g., Client Products x Brands collaboration) and ensuring seamless execution of creative campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone with a mix of strategy, account management, and creative experience who can manage external partners, understand marketing needs, and collaborate with agencies and creative teams.

What You’ll Do

Telco & Distribution Partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key telecom partners (e.g., Telkomsel) to enhance brand visibility across their platforms.

• Strategize and negotiate marketing activations on telco channels (bundled packages, co-branded campaigns, etc.).

• Ensure brand and messaging are presented effectively in partner-led campaigns.

Brand Partnerships

• Identify collaboration opportunities between client products and major brands in Indonesia.

• Be the key liaison between internal teams, creative agencies, and brand partners—ensuring smooth campaign execution from briefing to production.

• Provide strategic feedback on creative assets, ensuring they align with overall brand vision.

General Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of partner marketing campaigns, from ideation to launch.

• Work closely with internal creative teams, external agencies, and brand stakeholders.

• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of partnership campaigns, optimizing future strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5-8 years in marketing partnerships, brand strategy, account management, or creative strategy.

• Industry Background: Experience in telco, entertainment, brand partnerships, or creative agencies is highly preferred.

• Creative Understanding: You don’t need to be a designer, but you must understand good creative work and give strong strategic feedback.

• Relationship Builder: Strong ability to manage and negotiate partnerships with external stakeholders.

• Project Management: Experience handling marketing campaigns end-to-end.

• Regional Mindset: Familiarity with Indonesia’s marketing landscape (local + global experience is a plus).

• Communication: Ability to present, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with senior partners.
