Job Description
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors, e-commerce enablers, and e-retailers to maximize Company's digital commerce reach.
• Collaborate on developing a unified annual business plan that includes sales targets and the corresponding investment requirements.
• JBP/terms sell in with e-retailers and conduct annual/quarterly JPB reviews; define monthly sell-in volumes, incentives, commitments from e-retailer
• Establish and align the best approach to retailer marketing assets, the participation criteria for marketing events, agreeing with retailers on the plan, and executing the commercial agreement.
• Conduct digital commerce performance reviews with distributors, e-retailers and e-enablers, agreeing on actions to mitigate sales gaps or further increase sales performance, mitigate operational challenges and optimize the business.
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years working experiences as Key Account Manager with e-commerce retailers/marketplace in the target markets or with Key omnichannel.
• Language proficiency both in English and Bahasa
• A highly motivated and independent individual with strong collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Proven ability to manage pressure and adapt swiftly to changes within a dynamic environment.
