Responsibilities:
• Support in doing all administration matters related to marketing needs (preparing marketing document, looking for a vendor, rate, pricing data list, etc)
• Support communication needs related to events (handling inquiries, contacting external parties, etc)
• Monitor and maintain marketing related inventories (merchandise, collaterals, etc)
• Brainstorms ideas with the team to create interesting events
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Requirements:
• Min Bachelor Degree in any major
• Min 1 year(s) of related experience, however, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and people skills
• Excellent in administration
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creative and innovative
