MakCiak is a Minangkabau cuisine restaurant chain located in Jakarta, Indonesia. We aim to provide authentic and great-tasting food with a focus on community engagement. Our goal is to create a warm, friendly, and memorable dining experience for our customers at every visit. We prioritize service excellence in all our business premises and online services.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cook at MakCiak. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards. They will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

• Culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Team player with good communication skills
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Formal culinary training or certification
