Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Bakery at The Union Group in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Commis Bakery will be responsible for tasks related to bakery operations, food preparation, baking cookies and bread, and ensuring high-quality baked goods are produced consistently.

Qualifications

  • Bakery and Baking skills
  • Food Preparation expertise
  • Croissant laminated experience
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in baking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
  • Culinary school education or relevant certification
