Role Description

The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, purchasing, and account management.

1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing updates on cargo status.
2. Monitor cargo flow and identify any potential bottlenecks or delays.
3. Prepare and process shipping documents, such as bills of lading, cargo manifests, and customs declarations.
4. Maintain accurate records of cargo movements and transactions.
5. Involved in planning and overseeing the loading and unloading of cargo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Fluent in English
• Communication and Customer Service/Commercial skills
• Problem Solving
• Account Management skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics industry
