Luxehouze is Asia's leading online marketplace platform to buy and sell authentic luxury watches and bag from the likes of Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Hermes and many more. Established in 2021, Luxehouze was created as a safe marketplace platform with two end customers in mind: both buyers and sellers. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive online-to-offline (O2O) go to market and demand generation strategies to drive luxury product sales and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify partnership and collaboration opportunities with luxury brands, suppliers, and other stakeholders to expand the product portfolio and enhance the marketplace's offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new luxury products, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering top-notch experiences to luxury marketplace customers at every interaction.
- Provide support to the sales team by equipping them with the necessary tools, resources, and collateral to effectively promote luxury products.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of strategic demand generation initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and business development efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Increase product sales and revenue through effective O2O demand generation efforts.
- Successfully launch new luxury products and campaigns with a focus on market penetration and customer engagement.
- Contribute to the overall marketplace growth by meeting or exceeding demand-side key performance indicators (KPIs).
