Job Description:
- Monitors Learning Resource Center operations and facilities, including activities like statistics, developing work plans, managing facilities, and supervising on a day-to-day basis.
- Prepares and proposes new systems; evaluates and improves existing library applications.
- Updates library systems such as the Learning Resource Center website.
- Collaborates and develops partnerships with other libraries or institutions.
- Coaches librarians and prepares his / her team to facilitate LRC activities for the students
- Monitors book circulation in the library
- Provides resources to enhance the productivity of the library.
- Collaborates with teachers to find out the required teaching aids and supporting teaching material.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or in any related fields
- Min. 2-year work experience as a Librarian or related fields in an International School (Cambridge, IB, etc.)
- Having a Library Management Certification will be a plus point
- Fluent in English
- Self-motivated and a team player at the same time
- Computer and internet proficient
