Responsible for printing all the required parts to put together prototypes of a product. In this role, a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring all prototypes meet requirements and working with a supervisor to keep the assembly area safe.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage and maintain accurate production schedules and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of production planners and schedulers.
- Implement and maintain production planning systems and tools.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to review production performance and address any issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to production planning and inventory management.
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar job post.
- Have a combination of technical, creative, and managerial skills.
- Have a strong background in product development, engineering, or design, and be familiar with the tools and methods for creating and testing prototypes, such as sketching, wireframing, prototyping software, or 3D printing.
- Have a good understanding of the user needs, preferences, and behavior, and be able to conduct and interpret user research and testing.
- Have excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, and be able to lead and motivate a team of diverse professionals.
- Have good project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be placed in a branch of our factory.
