Corporate Finance

You will be joining a tight-knit Corporate Finance & Strategy Team as a Corporate Finance Analyst, where you will get the chance to have direct exposure to C suites and key stakeholders, including international institutional lenders and equity investors. Deep analytical skills, project management, and the ability to present insights are a must-have to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

Main responsibility: Investor relations

• Preparing reports, presentations, and other deliverables
• Repairing responses to stakeholders' queries along with the supporting data
• Manage good relationships with the counterpart team
  
  

Secondary responsibility: Fundraise

• Assisting fundraise PMO
• Desktop research (eg: industry, competitor analysis)
  
  
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years working experience, fresh graduate with relevant internship experience are welcome
• Ability in financial/business analysis
• Knowledge of basic financial reports & accounting principles
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactive
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• Prior consulting, advisory, VC, and corporate finance experience/internship is a major plus
