CREATIVE MARKETING & COPYWRITER (for Women’s Apparel)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the creation and execution of compelling visual content across multiple platforms, including social media, website, emails, and offline materials.
- Supervise the visual and written content to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for both visual and written content.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media and Marketing team to create assets using Trello.
- Write, review, and refine copy for social media, campaigns, and promotions, ensuring grammar and tone align with brand voice.
- Coordinate with influencers, negotiate deals, and brief them to align with campaign objectives.
- Support marketing strategies with creative inputs and ensure designs are optimized for engagement.
- Work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Organize and oversee project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in the coordination of offline marketing efforts, such as events, partnerships, and studio promotions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Essential Qualities:
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with strong copywriting skills.
- Proven ability to create visually engaging designs that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
- Expertise in advertising and marketing campaign execution.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Detail-oriented with excellent grammar skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with external partners and influencers.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively.
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in the athletic apparel or fashion industry.
- Passion for sports, yoga, fitness, or conditioning.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
