Job Description
Develop and implement Licensing & Merchandising Business
- Monitor market trends to identify emerging opportunities for IP exploitation
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for IP licensing & Merchandising, focusing on driving revenue and expanding our IP footprint
- Lead negotiations for licensing agreements, ensuring that the terms protect our IP interests while maximizing revenue opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external licensees, partners, and key stakeholders
- Prepare financial forecasts related to licensing revenue and provide regular reports on the financial impact of licensing activities to senior management
Develop, manage, and execute Social Media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive growth across various platforms
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies aligned with business goals
- Research trends, audience behaviours, and competitor activities to refine strategies
- Create and schedule engaging content (copywriting, images, videos, and graphics) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Build and nurture an online community while optimizing content for audience reach, engagement, and conversion
- Track social media KPIs and campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest platform changes, trends, and innovations in the social media landscape.
Operates ODA Project’s Training Program
# ODA (Official Development Assistance) project named "HOI(House of Indonesiana)” between Korean Government and Indonesian Government
- Overseeing the operation of the training program
- Manages training center, prepare for related meetings and events
- Attend on-board training for operation manager
- Overall work related to the creative community on-line channel management
- Manage social media channels and create content, including card news, news links, Instagram reels, and engagement on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Collaboration with related organization representatives
- Other requests related to the operation of training programs
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in a related field
· Proficiency in tools for content creating
· Strong knowledge of licensing, merchandising, & social media platforms
· Excellent communication and writing skills in English
· Demonstrate keen attention to details
· Creative mindset with an eye for design
· Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Licensing & Merchandising specialist and/or Social Media specialist or similar role
· Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and Google Analytics
· Ability to be able to speak Korean
