Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in Information Security Audit, IT Risk, Cyber Security roles, fresh graduate are welcome
- Good English communication skills both oral & writing.
- Good level of understanding of existing company policy and IT policy network.
- Ability in writing guidelines, procedure, and process in area of Information Security.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal & written communication skills.
- Having certifications in IT Security Audit (ISO 27001) or related to information security are highly desirable preferable
- Willing to work in shifting time and EU (European Union) time zone.
Responsibilities:
- Provide necessary support in terms of Project Assurance support. Assist in performing interviews with relevant stakeholders in IT and business units to walkthrough new projects and changes to gain an understanding of the processes, identify information security assessment necessities accordingly. Following up required information from the project team and collaborating with the demand team for the resources needed. Ensuring responsiveness and regular client follow-ups.
- Document the assessment findings and risks identified, recommended mitigation steps in risk registry portal; maintain close communication with stakeholders to follow-up mitigation action plans to ensure timely management of risks.
- Monitor Key risk indicators following up stakeholders and updating risk registers
- Collaborating with stakeholders in following up requirements from Information security. Support IT and Information Security teams related with Cyber Security assessments to identify the current maturity level of the organization, identify the gaps in control design and implementation against company standards and follow-up mitigation steps for identified gaps and risks.
