Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Executive at The Care Services. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for some remote work.

Job Responsiblities:

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/…), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 2+ years of finance experience, preferably with experience in F&B and/or retail industries
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Strong organizational and stress management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
