Job Description
- Handling and assessment claim PA and Marine Cargo Insurance
- Check and validate claim documents; request additional documents if needed.
- Collect and validate payment documents, coordinate payment processing.
- Create and send a Letter of Discharge (LOD) to insured parties; then monitor their status.
- Create report per period and Ad Hoc
- Communicate with other parties to claim process
- Monitor and process information from emails and other communication media for each claim.
- Conduct open file reviews to track and resolve outstanding claims.
- A bachelor’s degree in insurance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in handling claims or a related role is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using multiple claims management system, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google suite.
- Expert in MS Excel and having knowledge basic reporting is an advantage.
