Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced analytical techniques, such as machine learning and graph analytics, to identify complex patterns and relationships within large datasets.
• Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and customer behavior.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business, customer, and market.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for business team.
• Present findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
• Technical expertise: Familiarity with programming languages (SQL, Python/R) and data visualization tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau).
• Machine learning: Experience with machine learning algorithms, incl. regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis.
• Graph analytics: Familiarity with graph databases (Neo4j / GraphX) and graph algorithms.
• Domain knowledge: Basic understanding of banking products, financial markets, and basic finance.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and solve complex business problems through data-driven approaches.
• Communication skills: Both written and verbal, English and Bahasa Indonesia

Requirements

• Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or economics (IS A MUST)
• Experience in a financial institution.
• Certifications in data science or machine learning.
