About Our Client

One of the fastest growing brands in the baby category is looking to recruit the Head of E-commerce who will be responsible to manage the online distribution channels of their products. A well-known consumer brand with promising growth, our client hopes that they will be able to dominate the Indonesian market with their product offering. Job Description

This role will have a significant impact to the business as they strengthen their brands through the online channels. The suitable candidate is expected to be familiar with how to maximise the various online channels that the products have been placed. Other responsibilities for this role"

• Developing and implementing the overall e-commerce strategy to enhance revenue growth and market share.

• Creating and implementing strategies to achieve the sales targets through the multiple e-commerce platforms.

• Driving the online sales through correct pricing, placement, promotional and product strategies.

• Monitoring and analysing e-commerce performance metrics, including conversion rates, traffic and sales data.

• In-depth understanding of the online channel trends (this includes the online marketplace).

• Implementing strategies for customer engagement, retention and loyalty programs.

• Overseeing the whole e-commerce operation to ensure the maximum ROI from each platforms.

• Managing the affiliate marketing budgets and spending strategies.

• Building and maintaining strong relationship with affiliates to maximise performance.

• Identifying new business opportunities and ensuring that the strategies are being executed well.

• Conducting market insights to identify and develop market trends and competitive analysis in order to drive growth.

• Leading, developing a high-performing team to achieve the company's mission.

• Fostering a collaborative culture not only within the team, but with other teams within the business (offline, operation, finance, HR, engineering and commercial team).

The Successful Applicant

To be considered successful applicants, you have to be able to communicate in both Bahasa and English, and is passionate about the business. Other requirement are:

• At least 8-12 years of working experience in digital / online / e-commerce channels.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

• Prior experience: e-commerce management, digital marketing with strong track record of driving online sales growth. Industry: FMCG / B2C / Retail / E-commerce.

• Proven track records in e-commerce or digital channels.

• Strong anlaytical skills and experience with e-commerce metrics and analytic tools.

• Excellent leadership and management abilities.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.

• Humble, and willingness to be hands on, even though this is a senior role.
