As an E-commerce Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our presence across various e-commerce platforms. You will coordinate with internal teams, account managers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, drive sales growth, and execute successful promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
• Manage e-commerce accounts across platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok.
• Maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in pricing, stock availability, and product details.
Campaign And Promotion Management
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including flash sales, product launches, and seasonal offers.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop promotional assets.
Sales And Performance Tracking
• Monitor daily sales performance, generate reports, and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Track key performance metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and sales targets.
Collaboration And Communication
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to align strategies.
• Liaise with platform representatives and account managers to secure promotional opportunities and resolve issues.
Problem-Solving And Operational Support
• Address operational challenges, including stock management, order fulfillment, and customer escalations.
• Provide support for resolving platform-related issues, such as promotional tag adjustments or logistical concerns.
