Responsibilities:
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Help in the execution of marketing campaigns by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and coordinating tasks between team members.
- Schedules and attends meetings on Director approval, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Act as a point of contact between the marketing team and other departments, clients, and external partners.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any majors
- Proactive & multitasking
- Strong communication skill and detail oriented
- Ability to think quickly and solve issues that may arise during day-to-day operations
- Basic understanding of marketing principles is a plus.
