Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or Psychology.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working with children with special needs (internships, volunteer work, or employment).
• Fresh graduates with the right qualifications and enthusiasm are welcome to apply.
• Empathetic, patient, and committed to supporting students with special needs.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and teams.
• Highly organized, with great attention to detail, particularly in managing data and documentation.
