The Marketing Departement is a dynamic and essential part of a company, focused on driving growth and establishing strong connections with both customers and partners. In the beauty industry, this team plays a critical role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty. The team works across various channels—online and offline—focusing on both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) markets.
Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Preferred educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of work or internship experience, particularly in marketing, sales, or commercial management roles.
• Actively involved in organizational activities or have leadership experience in student organizations or other relevant activities.
• Proficient in using computer software, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills and quick to learn.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
