Key Responsibilities:

  • As our primary company representative, you’ll showcase Hukumonline's diverse offerings, connecting clients with the solutions they need to succeed.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling, while fostering lasting relationships with our clients.
  • Act as a trusted bridge between our clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction, and successful business relationships.
  • Prepare compelling proposals customized to meet the unique needs of each client, showcasing how our offerings can provide solutions to their challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-divisional teams to swiftly address client concerns and deliver maximum value, ensuring our clients always feel supported.
  • Leverage client feedback to provide valuable suggestions for product and service development, helping us grow and adapt in a dynamic market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years experience as Account Manager, Sales or Client Relationship management, preferably in a consulting/legal/ technology industry environment.
  • Proven communication skills in storytelling, influencing, and customer engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 30%, depending on business requirements.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa is a must, as well as strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools (Salesforce, Odoo) is an advantage
