Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Consultative selling and Business development partnership or BDM experience that is working in customer and partner-facing roles
  • Must possessed a proven record and experience in managing Cisco business ecosystem to align and alleviate the company's strategic plan, portfolio, and footprint.
  • A solid track record of building rapport with senior C-level stakeholders and identifying, leading, and executing new business development initiatives with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a matrix organization (leveraging multiple functions and teams)
  • Broad knowledge of Cisco solutions and ability to map relevant technologies to customer IT and business needs and priorities.
  • Understanding of large-scale Infrastructure or Data Center or Security projects.
  • Understanding of infrastructure or data center ecosystems and the ability to leverage their programs and solutions to solve customer needs
  • Ability to build long-term trusted technology advisor relationships that result in solid, meaningful strategic technology conversations and sales results.

Job Roles and Expectations:

  • Drive business development strategy and activities for Indonesia Cisco market; identifying and framing potential net new business growth opportunities (as well as working in close collaboration with sales, solutions, and marketing teams).
  • Successfully capture the customers' overall IT portfolio, business priorities, and success measurement to generate new business opportunities
  • Be the trusted Cisco brand advisor and deliver success against sales quota attainment by cultivating long-term relationships which are focused on understanding customers' needs-and-wants; earn their trust and credibility by utilizing deep technical expertise to design and deliver valued solution architecture(s)
  • Establish network of relationships with other key ecosystem partners for joint demand generation and amplification of PSI's Cisco solutions and services
  • Develop, share and enable PSI’ sellers across customer, market and industry trends and insights (including competitive and market dynamics, product and technology trends)
