This role will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and implementing talent development strategies that enable our business to achieve its target. This role will work closely with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to establish learning initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive L&D programs tailored to individuals and organization needs. The learning program may varies but not limited to workshops, training, facilitating coaching, and mentoring programs.
- Design career path framework, succession planning, and development roadmaps according to the role and department.
- Lead and continuously improve performance management processes; goal-setting, feedback, performance reviews, and coaching practices to build a talent density.
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess needs, identify skill gaps, and align people development initiatives with business goals.
- Identify, manage, and partner with external vendors to supplement learning initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in people development field
- Experience working within a tech startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong expertise in instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in using people analytics to measure impact.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead complex projects from concept to completion.
- Familiarity with modern learning technologies, eLearning platforms, and HRIS systems.
