Global E-commerce Search: Our team is responsible for the US eCommerce search product, including making search strategies and search front-end interaction design. We focus on increasing income and creating a good e-commerce ecosystem.

The IMC strategist team aims to understand the industry and explore opportunities and empowering industry operations through campaign operations.
Responsibilities
-Deliver assortment, profitability, and sales/GMV targets by leading the business segment on the needs of the customer and identifying suitable opportunities for campaign growth.
-Have an in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem, value proposition and writing business proposals by identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
-Dissemble goals , formulate budget plans, and transform goals into executable plans;
- Formulate the go-to-market, campaign growth and merchandise strategy for local market; evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs;
- Build and monitor the campaign operational index, and work closely with the data team to optimize the data products;
- Monitor the merchant ecosystem; discover high-potential merchants and explosive new product opportunities; while being alert with risks;
- Help business growth through product optimization, merchant governance and data analysis;
- Implement and manage important merchant strategies;
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
- 5 years of experience in ecommerce platform/ consulting firm or internet strategy, industry or market research and business analytics with eCommerce relevant experience
- Strong project delivery, commercial negotiations and relationship management along with deep analytical acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Past experience in the Marketing industry
