We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of Bosch and Gaggenau’s presence in the Kitchen Retail and Projects sectors within Indonesia’s high-end residential market. This role is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key partners, including Kitchen Retail partners, architects, designers, developers, and contractors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting Bosch and Gaggenau as premium appliance choices for mid to high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibility:

1) Kitchen Retail Business Development

  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with Kitchen Retail partners of imported and locally manufactured kitchens.
  • Ensure Bosch and Gaggenau products are prominently displayed in Kitchen Retail showrooms.
  • Provide product and sales training to Kitchen Retail partners' sales staff, assisting with quotations, product inquiries, and customer queries.
  • Organize and conduct events, product demonstrations, and seminars aimed at end customers, designers, and kitchen retail staff.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from partners to improve product placement and marketing strategies.

2. Projects Business Development

  • Build and manage relationships with designers, architects, developers, and contractors involved in mid to high-end residential projects.
  • Promote Bosch and Gaggenau products in new projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of project leads and builder business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted solutions for B2B clients in the kitchen retail, interior design, and project planning sectors.

3. Market Development and Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to ensure Bosch and Gaggenau products stay competitive and desirable.
  • Drive brand presence through networking, seminars, and collaborations with industry professionals.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on customer preferences and market trends to inform future product and service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within the Kitchen Retail, Sanitaryware, Flooring, or High-End Furniture industry.
  • Educational background in Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Product Specification, or Sales within a B2B environment.
  • Strong network within the design, architecture, and construction communities in Indonesia, ideally within the high-end residential sector.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to connect with a range of stakeholders, from end customers to industry experts.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English to communicate effectively with local and international partners.
