In this role, you will work alongside the Executive Chef and skilled colleagues to prepare the highest quality food from recipes. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing all pastries/bakeries product consistently and focus on top food quality
• Following all established recipes, techniques, and sanitation guidelines to ensure consistent quality and safety standards
• Monitoring food inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order and reporting any maintenance issues to the Executive Chef
• Ensuring that HACCP are applied on daily operational
  
  
  

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Excellent culinary skills of Pastry/Bakery
• High integrity & attention to detail
• A passion for the culinary arts and delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team; strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to follow instructions
