Qualifications

  • Growth mindset, highly motivated, determined, and target driven
  • Have min. 5 years experience manage Variable Speed Drive (Medium and Low Voltage) Business
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
  • Expert in time management and familiar with BRM and CRM
  • Strong knowledge in Drive System (Variable Speed Drive LV dan MV) Architecture and Application
  • Understand Project Management (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closure)
  • Ability to understand customer application and give customer solution
  • Ability to create and deliver customer presentations
  • Flexible work hours.
  • Understand business management skills and leadership skill
  • A bility to accept criticism and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Able to classify and analysis customer business
