- Maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Have min. 5 years experience manage Variable Speed Drive (Medium and Low Voltage) Business
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
- Expert in time management and familiar with BRM and CRM
- Strong knowledge in Drive System (Variable Speed Drive LV dan MV) Architecture and Application
- Understand Project Management (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closure)
- Ability to understand customer application and give customer solution
- Ability to create and deliver customer presentations
- Flexible work hours.
