- Proficient in all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).
- Up-to-date with social media trends and technological developments.
- Experience in partnership management (KOL Brand or Media Partnership) with a strong network.
- Strong public speaking, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Manage partnerships with brands, influencers (KOLs), and media.
- Conduct marketing research on trends, brands, and influencers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, media, and third-party agencies.
- Develop and execute KOL campaigns, achieving targets such as 8 million views per month.
- Assist in the execution of social media content and all marketing administration needs (Partnership, Photoshoot, Event Marketing)
- Research and identify KOLs across digital platforms to enhance brand experiences.
- Implement KOL engagement campaigns by coordinating with KOLs on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and costs to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide accurate timing estimates on work.
