Our portfolio includes Paris Hilton housewares, Ecolution Cookware, Primula Beverage Products, Tasty home goods and Cooking Light kitchen products, as well as a variety of private label retailer offerings.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sourcing to lead our procurement and supplier management efforts in Indonesia. This individual will play a key role in executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality housewares products to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for housewares products, focusing on cost efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers in Indonesia and the surrounding region, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to optimize value and reduce risk.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure products meet quality standards, including safety, durability, and aesthetics.
  • Oversee compliance with all applicable local and international regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control procurement budgets, ensuring cost savings while maintaining product quality.
  • Analyze market trends to forecast pricing and availability of materials.
  • Lead and mentor a local sourcing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and logistics, to streamline the supply chain.
  • Establish KPIs and regularly review supplier performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce lead times.

Experience, Education, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with at least 5 years focused on housewares or consumer goods.
  • Previous experience working in and sourcing from Indonesia.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain operations and international trade regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sourcing software/tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia required
