Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of this movement, shaping what an

exceptional payment experience looks and feels like. Collaborate with our dynamic team of

business and engineering leaders as a strategic partner, fostering a customer-centric culture

that propels our organization to new heights.

The ideal candidate possesses 4-6 years of experience building financial products tailored for the Indonesian market. Your expertise extends beyond the surface, diving deep into the core of the product, engineering and business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Bank Integrations: Lead the effort to establish and maintain

direct bank integrations with all banks in Indonesia, ensuring seamless connectivity and reliable payment processing.

  • Project Milestones: Create and manage clear project milestones, outlining specific activities for each partner involved in the integration process.
  • Licence Acquisition: Develop an executable strategic plan along with various stakeholders ( internal and external) to acquire the necessary licenses related to payment operations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor progress and report discrepancies
  • Team Building: Build and manage a high-performing team, potentially adding additional team members within the next 6 months, including business analysts.
  • Progress Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive progress reports for the project, keeping stakeholders informed of key developments and milestones.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of your product, using this knowledge to inform decision-making processes.
  • User-Centric Approach: Continuously prioritize user needs, put yourself in customers' shoes, and ensure all product decisions are driven by a user-first mindset.
  • Product Requirements: Develop clear product requirements and effectively communicate them to engineering teams and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the glue in a diverse cross-functional environment, facilitating decisions and building consensus among teams.
  • Metrics-Driven Decisions: Utilize metrics and analytics to inform your perspective and measure the success of the product.

Requirements:

  • Product Management Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Product Management, with a focus on payments must have.
  • Open Banking Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in open banking product development.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Proven experience owning end-to-end product development, from concept to launch and subsequent growth.
  • Payment Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of market and customer research, product architecture, and payment domain knowledge in a startup environment.
  • Latest technology: knowledge of the latest technologies that been used in the payment industry such as bank switch technology
  • Startup Environment: Comfortable working in an early-stage to growth-stage company, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities, a willingness to take calculated risks, and a track record of success, ideally in a Pre-series A-B company.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle tough and complex discussions.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management, including the ability to create clear milestones for each project.
