Roles And Responsibilities

  • Effectively handle strategic clients in leading claims servicing, analysing claims health risks and provide wellbeing solutions
  • Demonstrate leadership values and act as a role model of the Aon Impact Model and its pillars of Client Value, Teams, Innovation and Results
  • Ensure proper claims services, management, handling and all claims related matters to meet and align with the critical metrics or SLAs
  • Claims supervisory, monitoring, reporting, management, administration and adjudication, and other claims related service deliverables:
  • Claims acknowledgement, receive and notify the client and insurance provider, advise client, employees and HR teams on documents, to support claims, checking, reviewing, analysing & ensuring the completeness of benefits vs payable claims, monitor claims turnaround time and settlement, review claims report provided by the insurance provider, present and provide periodic claims report to client’s HR team, vendor effectiveness review and partner concerns, review and monitor SLA
  • Monitor the excess claims management and balance management, ensure that the excess claims and balance are checked properly and accurately.
  • Evaluate claims report for designated client and perform health analysis to recommend wellbeing solutions
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

  • Shares subject matter expertise freely with other team members.
  • Adapts behavior to reflect the communication style of others to foster better relationships and teamwork.
  • Asks for and offers others consistent positive and constructive feedback.
