  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Hello. This position is for our client with the following information.

Industry: SaaS HR Software

Location: Sudirman, South Jakarta

Working Hours: WFO, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in payroll and tax management for clients, ideally within a tax or accounting firm.
  • Proficient with payroll software, tax calculation tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to address diverse client needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with HR SaaS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with each client’s policies.
  • Manage tax calculations and deductions for client employees, staying updated on Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Integrate payroll data with client attendance, clock-in, and KPI tracking systems.
  • Serve as a payroll and tax advisor, offering expertise on complex payroll structures and tax obligations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline payroll and tax processes for clients.
  • Prepare detailed payroll and tax reports, maintaining accurate records for audits and client reviews.
